Without shores, the ocean drowns its own fire.

Your inner tide is the whole sea. You feel everything, even what is not yours.

You need a porous quiet — water, music, sleep, art, gentle people. You absorb moods that do not belong to you; you must learn what is yours and let the rest pass through.

A rising of the fishes means the world reads you as a confessor before you have said a word. This is sacred; protect it. The shadow is absorbing everyone else's story until you forget your own; the medicine is the firm small structure — a time you leave by, a topic you do not discuss, a place that is only yours.
